Recently, two Level 3 Registered Predatory Offenders have relocated within the City of Rochester. Both of the Offenders have been living in the 2100 block of Campus Drive Se and have moved
Allen Lee Lloyd – DOB: 8/12/1966 has relocated to the 800 block of 9th Avenue SE, at 815 9th Ave SE
William Burton-James Solbrig – DOB: 7/28/1983 has relocated to the 1000 block of West Center Street
Both of these offenders remain under Intensive Supervised Release (ISR) supervision and have many restrictions. It should be noted that I have not scheduled a new community notification meeting on either of these two individuals due to their inclusion in meetings at the time of their release from the MN DOC in the past two months.
