After the large round table meeting this spring a committee was formed “Doris Amundson, Blaine Walker, Judi Guhl & Wayne Flock” to continue the process of working with Public Works to develop plans for the replacement of the 6th Street Bridge over Bear Creek. The committee last meet with Public Works on August 1, and discussed planter locations, rail design, and historic light fixtures, and the potential for a raised median to help with traffic calming on that stretch of 6th Street, which has been a concern of neighbors. Once final drawings are back from the engineers we’ll share them with the neighborhood.
