Come to a special neighborhood meeting Wednesday, Sept. 30 to hear about the development plans for the “Buckeye Liquor” site on the corner of Third Avenue and Fourth Street. A Representative of Stencil Group Development will discuss their plans for a six story mixed use development with retail space on the first floor and a mix of 88 market rate/affordable apartments above. The developer is reaching out to the neighborhood, which is encouraging that they want to be a part of our neighborhood.
